Really pretty building, comfortable and calm. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It is close to all old sightseeing places, not so close to more cafe/restaurant/night life.

My husband and I booked the private room with a bathroom for one night. We didn’t realize the bathroom is technically outside with no roof so the bedroom was filled with mosquitos. After we killed about 15 and saw many more still we decided we didn’t want to stay as there is no bug net on the bed. We asked for a refund after being there for 10 minutes and the front desk refused us a refund telling us to just not open our bathroom door. We immediately booked another hotel for only 10 USD more with really nice service and facilities.

They provided me with extensive google documents that outlined all the best places to eat and attractions to visit. There was also a google map that I could load to have things on-hand and listed directly on my app. Several locations weren't just touristy and I found myself sitting next to local folks constantly during my stay. They truly helped make my visit great with all the recommendations they provided on the food lists. There were also free bicycles available as well as inexpensive motorbikes for rent. The city is truly charming and a-maze house made it easier for me to enjoy it with their service and care. Located in the heart of the old city, it was extraordinarily easy to get to the Museum of Antiquities and Imperial City.

The beds could have been more comfortable, and the room was pretty hot at night. There was air conditioning, but it was never turned on and the remote was probably kept at the front desk.

Amazing interior design and cozy. Walking distance to the imperial city. Friendly staff. Cute souvenirs. Comfy bed.
