Private room with two twin beds air conditioning and shared bathrooms located near SeaTac Airport and Downtown Seattle

The room was reasonably clean and was easy to get instructions for self check in.

The kitchen was super-messy. it was impossible to make tea/ coffee - all containers were used and the sink was dirty. The bathroom mat had moulds growing on them and was dirty - this can definitely be cleaner. The washing machine and dryer was always busy and never empty - so this was not possible to use.

I appreciated the use of the kitchen and free tea/coffee available there. The location was good, nothing really close by though so you'll need to travel to find restaurants etc. But it was quiet which was good.

The opening of the doors in the property makes a noise which can be disturbing if late at night or early in the morning.

Most everything and reasonable price, our twin beds room was bright, light, comfortable and cheerful

Busy bathroom several were sharing but there is one downstairs. The stairs are very steep as we’re warned so best to avoid lugging suitcases up there

I liked the onsite parking facilities and that no one bothered me during my stay.

It felt like I was being bitten at night so not sure if cleanliness/disinfection is the best. The stairs to get up is very small so this should be disclaimed. The study table chair needs to be fixed/replaced. I also think the 8 am - 8 pm quiet time is a bit excessive. Should be reduced to 10 hours.

I didn't find the bathroom clean on both days

Very clean and well-organized. All amenities you'd need are available. Extremely easy process moving in. Bus stop right outside helps for using public transit into the city. And all that despite bring way cheaper than every other hotel in the area!

The beds and pillows were so-so, they're like what you'd find on a campsite moreso than a hotel. But they were clean and still perfectly adequate for my purposes.
