Private room with two twin beds air conditioning and shared bathrooms located near SeaTac Airport and Downtown Seattle

I love the place because it is convenient, clean, and the manager is super responsive, and the price is very affordable. I have a great time staying with my boyfriend for our last night in Seattle!

Well organized. Great and instant communication and no fuss with check in/out. Mostly transit accessible with a bus stop within a short walk.

You are staying in a old house (1920's I think) with multiple rooms and shared bathrooms and kitchen. The owners are very nice and helpful. Others are staying more permanently. I think we met a woman studying to be a nurse. The kitchen has enough to make your own meals but we only did breakfast. The refrigerator is being shared and was crowded with food but we only needed enough for breakfast. The place is close to I5 for getting into Seattle and has a parking lot. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The doors all have different combo locks. We had two twins beds which were comfortable enough.

The house wasn't heated well maybe because of the old boiler. We had a space heater in our room which worked well but the kitchen, bathroom and common areas were always cold, it was Nov. For security, somebody could probably easily get in any of the doors so maybe take your electronics with you. It is Seattle.
