PRIVATE ROOMS IN CENTRAL AUCKLAND

Location was really good! Handy to all necessity.

The house itself is run down. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, lounge needs tidying up. My bed was keep on collapsing, I had to re-attached the planks of wood of the bed frame underneath the mattress multiple times. Not ideal bed.

Nothing

Everything. It was so dirty and the room had an awful smell which they tried to mask with fragrance sticks. The fridge was so dirty, I had to clean it out before I put my food in there. We had to leave the next day due to a family emergency but I would have looked for another place to stay just to get out of there as fast as I could. It was just atrocious.

Location is good, but that is about it.

Unhygenic house. Whole house smelling like cooked food, dishes on the counters, no hand towels, mould in the curtains, bed looked unmade, insects around the house.

Smells bad, disgusting kitchen, awful bed. Couldn’t be worse.

It's a great compromise between a hotel and a hostel. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but you have the room just to yourself. It is just big enough and it has everything you need - a bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Location is also good, there are bus stops and shopping center nearby.

The door lock is a bit complicated and it took me a while to understand.

The location is ideal. The room was sufficient for the family. The Hosts were helpful and addressed all my requirements. Value for money.
