GBThey let us check in early, as all the buses/trains come in really early. The owner was very good at helping us with onward travel. The place is next to Temples all around with 2 mins.

GBI had a great stay at Mayuram, the service and flexibility was great. I arrived early after a night bus and as the room was empty I was able to check in. The room was a good size and very clean. Comfortable bed with a mosquito net that I didn't use, and a very clean bathroom with hot water. The location in Hampi Bazaar was perfect. Tip: the owners aren't on site- you'll find them at the restaurant opposite, upstairs. I ate there a couple of times and the food was great.
Nothing. Maybe a sign outside the property to indicate where the owners can be found, would be helpful.

AUNice stay right in Hampi Bazaar. The owner is lovely and helpful. The place is simple but good. Right next to the main temple, great view from the rooftop
The shower could use a bit of reno, the pressure is low (half the water leaks from connector), hard to set the temperature (it's either cold or very hot. Bth, if you take a shower during the day, you won't need hot water at all). Communication could be a bit better too (we arrived very early, the owner told us the day before we could hangout at the restaurant, but it was closed)
