I was asked to meet the host at 5pm at a specific address, I thought I was picking up the keys as the address was different to where I booked. Instead he put me in an appartment that I did not book, a smaller one. This was a studio appartment whereas I had booked an appartment with separate bedrooms. I ended up staying further away from where I needed to be so I ended up paying for something I did not book. No instructions inside the property. No aircon, heating panel not working, bed laid with an undersheet not top sheet, musty smelling towels, a table to write post-it notes about my stay hanging over the bed. The booking says breakfast included, it is not included, after asking about this I was told to find breakfast and it could be reimbursed up to 20 euros, after walking 20mins to McDonald’s I left the receipt in the appartment with the keys. I had no replies to any messages the following morning when I asked about where to send the breakfast receipt to and how to check out. I have had no refund for the breakfast as of yet

Alles super, das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Man konnte sogar seine Wäsche dort waschen, würden wieder dort übernachten

They canceled my reservation at last minute

This property is running a scam. They wait til after the free cancellation period is over, then send a msg that the room is unfit and they need to cancel. But THEY don't actually don't cancel. They request you to cancel, then collect the fee. OR they ghost you and wait it out until the reservation is over and you're fully charged.

Pas de rideaux et pour moi cuisine pas tres net couchage parfait et beaucoup de calcaire dans la sallz de bain nous n avons pris que le petit dejeuner acheter part nos soin voila merci de me repondre cordialement mme burlur linda

It's a fake Property.

Be careful with that. We were from Germany with 2 Kids outside to Brussels. No property was there, no one on the telephone. It's not correct for everyone.
