Mangga homestay Gili air

Din is nice and helpful. The price is okay.

It's dark and wet. The wet smell vanished with turning on the AC.

Basic but really clean

We had a great stay at the homestay! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach/centre but in a quiet area (you won’t be bothered by the mosque, as we read in a lot of reviews from other stays on the island). It’s also convenient that the homestay offers laundry, snorkeling tours and transportation. Would totally recommend!

Lovely staff, very calm and quiet place

Clean and tidy, breakfast is pretty basic, could be better. Staff is nice but depends on the person. You could get a nicer bigger bungalow with better breakfast for the same price.

I felt like home here. The room was cozy and I finally, for the first time, since being in Indonesia, could sleep well and peaceful. The staff were super friendly! I really enjoyed having breakfast on my own balcony!

All good! One little thing: Breakfast could have some fruits in side as a little dessert.

I loved this place and would come back there for sure if I come to Gili Air again! It’s located in the center of the island, making it super convenient to go wherever on the island, while being in a quiet area. People there were really lovely and helpful. Everything was perfect to us!

- Basic but comfortable room. - The AC was effective and quiet. - Room had a decent sized desk if you need to work - Outside had a kitchen area with a sink and mini fridge - WiFi was decent for the island - about 8mbit down and 1 up. Signal was good indoors. - Helpful staff - Friendly cats - Outside terrace area to sit - Plug socket (extension lead and splitter) next to the bed

- Shower was cold although that isnt unusual for the Gili islands - Kitchen area but no stove or kettle to actually cook
