Riverside Lodge

Beautiful views of the river and nice outdoor area only out one side of the house.

No hot water. No instructions for wifi anywhere. Only 2 towels and there was four people stay the night were there. To many cockroach around the place. No TV or clock or radio. Broken bottles on property.

270 dollars I booked this for my husband myself and aderly dad we came from australia to visit him ..walked in was very very disappointed and extremely angry my husband and I had stayed at 8 accomdation placers since being here in nz and this was so unacceptable to sleep in we walked out ..one bed had no pillow and was not made properly our bed had two pillows shoved in middle of bed no pillow silps no blanket on end .there were two towels for 3 of us no bath mat of face clothes .no extra blankets as shown in picture and it was a shared kitchen longe room and bathroom thst other peolpe staying there shared this was not advertised as a share house with a room .we paid for a superior family room very upset will be determined to get a refund ..lady hang up on me and told me to contact booking .com the number was in London was not going to more expensive to now ring London. I have now read other comments and no I was not be unreasonable I'm very disappointed that this is still being advertised it's needs to be reworded as shared house very basic bring everything cold dungy house with no decoration or warmth but pay good price .I wish I took more photos please don't book this accomdation.

Didn’t like anything room was a disgrace

EVERYTHING, host was rude, tv didn’t work, mould all through the bathroom, no clean dry towels, smelt like mould and very dirty, bugs through out, old used dirty wet towels at the door entrance.

Nothing. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed for the price and feel completely ripped off.

Only bonus is know one else was staying there

It was clean and conveniently located

OVER PRICED!!! Basically a backpackers pretending to be a hotel with hotel prices. No WiFi No TV in room No services, no breakfast option, No Tea/Coffee, Just a bed in a room.
