We read a lot about hospitality of the guests, breakfast, dinner options - we didn’t encounter anything like that, it was more here is your room, here is WiFi enjoy No mosquito nets I asked the lady if possible to refill the mosquito repellent in the room, she said ok and then it didn’t get done for 2 days that we were there

I had a nice stay for 1 night. The host was super friendly and a great chef. Had a diner for 1 and received a portion for 5! The location is really nice on the hill and you have a nice view over Kandy. Would definitely recommend this place.

My bathroom didn't have toiletpaper but she immediately gave it to me when i asked for it.

Everything was perfect! LOVELY host family, mummas cooking was AMAZING. She helped us get train tickets to Ella, great to chat to and we got to meet the whole family at dinner. The Mountain View’s over Kandy are stunning! Thank you so much, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing tranquil spot in Kandy.

Great price, lovely host and beautiful view from the balcony. It’s definitely basic but has everything you need especially given the price!

Just be aware there are steep steps down to the property and to the rooms. Might be tricky with suitcases but with backpacks it was fine!

The family managing the property is adorable and so kind. Shalith was lovely and gave us so many recommendations and helped us a lot in figuring out travel logistics. The location is on the hills so it offers a very pretty view

Lovely family, very helpful and super kind. Helped me a lot with trains and called for the the rail station for some information. Gave me some tips what to see and how to get there. Food was amazing, really nice curry for dinner and breakfast was also good.

The host was very welcoming and gave us good directions and suggestions for what to do and where to eat. The family were so kind and even prepared a lunch pack for us as we told them we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time that was scheduled.

Staying at Dilruk Home Stay was an absolute delight.! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

Earlier check-in was possible, nice view of the city, very friendly owners! Not too far from the city centre (5 min with a tuk tuk or 20 min walk)
