Anna Asia Villa

Puspa's helps were awesome! Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, Landry, trouble shooting and so on. Kapla's Tuk-tuk also helped us visiting Pin Nawala as reasonable charge. The Villa is nice location next to lake & forest; we walked both north & south roads to downtown by 20min. we could birds watching at Villa's balcony with beer (bought at downtown) & during walking. The Villa has only 2guest rooms & dining room, so we could stay like home. The best place stayed in Sri Lanka during 2weeks.

Add on 3% charge when using credit card. WHY our staying status (9-12 March) on booking com is "CANCELL by the property"??? I am really shocked. Our staying status (13-14 March) is OK (completed).

Perfect

Logement extrêmement propre et bien décoré avec une douche bien agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Une mention spéciale pour Kapila, le chauffeur de l’hôtel. Il a nous emmené dans tous les sites intéressant aux alentours de kandy et nous a même amené à Haputale, tout ça en tuktuk!

La circulation autour du lac est vraiment très importante, et ce n’est pas agréable rejoindre un restaurant le soir à pied même si le centre n'est pas loin.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de 3 medewerkers die 24 uur per dag tot onze beschikking stonden. Ze waren alle drie heel erg behulpzaam en lief! De dames (Puspa en collega) zorgen voor een heerlijk homemade ontbijt (Sri Lankaans of westers) met veel vers fruit en verse fruitshake, niets was ze te veel. Ze hebben zelfs gratis onze was gewassen. De meneer (Kapila) heeft ons met z’n tuktuk de omgeving laten zien en ons later naar onze volgende bestemming gebracht, dat was heel luxe. De kamer was groot, schoon en erg comfortable . We zouden hier zo weer naartoe gaan.

Helemaal niets

I had a wonderful stay at Anna Asia Villa. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The room was very neat, clean, and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The location is quiet but still a convenient walking distance to town. We are expecting a boutique hotel. It’s more of a creative use of apartments, with sort of a bed and breakfast feel and super comfortable rooms! The bed is nice and the we enjoyed the balcony. Perhaps the best thing is the super welcoming and friendly staff. Seriously, everyone there wants you to feel comfortable and at home. Pushpa is an amazing cook! We opted for the Sri Lankan breakfast, and it was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka. This is an exceptional place to stay, especially for the price point.

They removed the toilet gun. They should reinstall it.

Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall Ihr preiswert. Das Zimmer war wunderbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und eine große Bettdecke und genügend Kissen. Auch für ein bequemes Sitzen eignet sich der Sessel oder der Platz auf dem Balkon. Klimaanlage ist modern und leise und die Hausdame sind sehr lieb. Die Unterkunft hat auch einen eigenen Fahrer.

Im Badezimmer riecht es. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es das Waschmittel und es nach Chlor riecht oder ob der Geruch aus dem Abfluss kommt. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Fahrer, der unbedingt seinen Service anbieten möchte, dann aber keinen Preis nennt. Ich habe alles weitere individuell organisiert. Auch auf Nachfragen, wie man eventuell von A nach B kommt, bietet er letztendlich nur seinen Fahrservice an.

Enjoyed our stay and the care and attention of the staff very much. Helped us with transport, bookings and kindly did our washing for free! Room had absolutely everything that you could need or want. Hair dryer, curling iron, ironing board and iron. Great air con, fridge, balcony and comfortable chairs to sit on in the room and on the deck. Easy (hot) walk to town along the lake. Breakfast was fab - English and Sri Lankan. Even had espresso coffee machine!

We had a brilliant stay here. It is well located next to the Kandy Lake and a 15 minute walk to the city centre along a pedestrian path. The accommodation was very clean and well air conditioned. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice. They also have a tuk tuk that can take you to sights in the city upon request which was great. Would definitely recommend.
