Minshuku Chatamago

Nothing.

The Minshuku was poorly and unsafely constructed at the hill side. The electrical wiring were questionable. The space inside was not clean and very small. There was no tea or coffee and no cutlery. The futon were so used and flat that we could feel the floor boards below. The vanity looks like someone had used it for ages and never cleaned it. The kitchen was not clean and the sponge should be thrown away. There were mosquitoes and no mosquito spray.

Very good price to the room. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shared kitchen and washer available on site. And the on-site garden was gorgeous.

Location was tucked away, up several sets of stairs (unrelated to review: Google maps sent us up a wrong set of stairs and a nice couple had to help direct us back down). Not a lot of nearby food places without walking for a bit.

I had the outside room, which is adjacent to a garden. It was quiet, spacious and peaceful.

Like anywhere in Nagasaki, you go up and down windy paths and stairs to get there.

Far from the station and you have to climb stairs difficult when you have luggages

Expect a very old house turned into a hotel. Self checking and the entrance was freely open, no secured at all, anyone can go in! I had some mess under the bed, went to only sleep there, otherwise okay I guess.
