"Best home in Sigiriya"

Everything was great! The room is big, clean and comfortable. The toilet was also very good. Having a fan was nice because that days were a bit hot. You could also go walking everywhere, although at night better take a tuktuk because it’s very dark. I only heard the noise of birds and I woke up with a little sun light. The breakfast was fantastic and if you needed lunch or dinner they also cook for you delicious sri lankan food for a very low price… Price-quality is incredibly worth it! If I go to Sigiriya again I’ll visit Supun and his family for sure as they made me feel like home! ❤️

"Lovely homestay & exceptional hosts"

Nethmi homestay was our top stay during 2-weeks trip and since it was one of our first ones, it set high expectations towards the next stays! The apartments are located in a separate building which gives privacy and lovely outlook at the garden, we enjoyed a lot staying outside in the evenings and listen to the nature. Breakfasts were always exceptional and it was possible to order dinner as well. Host is extremely welcoming, supports with advice & transport when needed. He also organized for us a great safari experience in Kaudulla National Park. The location is a bit outside of tourist center, which for us was a plus. Still, we were able to reach Lion's rock and many restaurants by foot. We recommend Nethmi homestay for a real local experience of beautiful Sri Lanka :)
