Kavidi Villa Home Stay

2 rooms in a family home stay close to a stunning beach. The family are very welcoming and do everything to help. They have their own tuktuk which we used often.

Very good location for the silent beach. The place is very nice for peace and relaxation. But not always it's about places... sometimes it's about people also. I met an amazing family that made me feel like a friend from the beginning. Thank you a lot for everything Kavidi!

Good breakfast and more than enough

Kavidi and her husband were super kind, gave us some tipps, and showed us around in Tangalle. The guesthouse is located only a couple of minutes walking distance away from the beautiful silent beach. There are also many restaurants around. The room had a fan, an aircon and a mosquito net. And it does have windows in spite of what some other comments said. The room was comfy and there is a nice terrace to sit outside.

The room is a little dark and the bathroom isn't the nicest but quite normal for guest house standards. A plus was the squeegee to remove the water from the floor.

We liked the hotel so much that we booked to stay longer - highly recommend this place and it's been my favourite place in Sri Lanka. Really comfortable room and Kavidi is lovely and super friendly and helpful. Plus the hotel is just a short walk to the Silent Beach so an ideal location - and great for evening strolls along the beach to see fireflies. The air con and WiFi are both really good too. This place was a real highlight of our holiday

We've had an amazing stay at Kavidi! She and her husband are very kind and do they best to make your stay unforgettable. The room was perfect: super clean, fridge, nice lights in the room (not just one big one), comfy bed, good aircon, hot water, towels for both the beach + shower. They also do your laundry and can arrange a tuktuk! Kavidi thank you so much - it was an honour to be your 50th guest :)

Cute little homestay near one of Sri Lanka's most beautiful beaches. Kavindi and her family are taking care of everything u'll need. Clean, comfy and within a short walking distance to the beach :)

Lovely Homestay, just a few minutes walk from Silent Beach (Tangalle). Nice and very clean room with A/C and mini bar. Extremely friendly and helpful host family. The breakfast was delicious and varied, consisting of fresh fruit and tasty local dishes. Kavidi cooks very well. The dinner was definitely the best we had in Sri Lanka. You must try it!

This place is the epitome of Sri Lankan hospitality and friendliness. In all of our travels we haven't experienced the same level of genuine care, interest and helpfulness. The room is spacious and in its own building. Hot water, fan, aircon and tea and coffee facilities. Parking our tuktuk was easy. It's a few minutes walk to Silent beach which is easily the nicest beach in Sri Lanka. We extended our stay here because we loved it so much. Would not hesitate to come back.

The place is very nice and comfortable. New and clean room. Silent beach is just three minutes away by foot. The hosts are great and really helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally fresh and delicious. Kavidi villa also has a restaurant and the food is excellent. We had a great time at Kavidi Villa. We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.
