Úžasná hostitelka Sue a její rodina. Krásně zařízené bungalovy s výhledem. Skvělá atmosféra u výborné večeře, společné s ostatními hosty a hostitelkou. Pokud zůstanete více nocí, doporučujeme dvoudenní trek do okolní přírody s místní průvodkyní, který nám byl nabídnutý, byl nezapomenutelný. Okolí Sa Pa je rozhodně mnohem zajímavější, než Sa Pa samotná, doporučujeme ubytování na venkově.

We ended up changing rooms to one of the chalets, which was amazing. Great views, really comfortable beds. We were tired from just doing the Ha Giang loop and had a great time relaxing there. The owners were very friendly too.

The breakfast included was not the best, but still was complementary so cannot complain.

Outstanding value for money. Su and Dai's family were very accommodating. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional - wide variety, cooked fresh and large servings. The location and views - being outside main SaPa centre - were rural and quieter, making a relaxing start and finish to each day. Would highly recommend - 5 star at a homestay price.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The hotel is located in Ta Van village, outside of Sa Pa, which is actually a big advantage if you’re coming for trekking, nature, and a more local experience. It’s right along the main hiking routes, surrounded by rice terraces and beautiful views. Sa Pa town is about 20 minutes away, and a Grab ride costs around $7–8. The view from our bungalow was absolutely stunning (we stayed in a Superior chalet, so can’t speak for other room types). The room was also well prepared for cooler nights with heated electric blankets and an extra warm blanket, we felt very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a real village, not a quiet resort. Life starts early, so you might hear some noise in the morning, and breakfast is served quite early as well (8:30–9:30). Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for nature, views, and an authentic experience rather than staying in the center of Sa Pa.

As for improvements, it would be great to have bottled water provided in the room. Also, toiletries were only available in small single-use packets, having shampoo and shower gel in proper bottles would be much more convenient.

The location is amazing and Ta Van is a great place where to stay in Sapa area, very quiet and with great views. The bungalow was great to have the mountain view and rice fields. Also, nice breakfast and great value for the money we paid.

As soon as you arrive the host gives you a full overview of activities and expects you to decide right away. Not the most confortable, I would say. Additionally, they charge a commission if you pay with card, but they do not mention it anywhere on Booking. Would be nice to know that beforehand, at least to have cash ready.

Su anfitriona está al pendiente de todo y todo lo que pueda ayudarte en gestionar lo hará sin duda. La zona es mágica y las vistas son todo un lujo. Hicimos dos tours con ellos (trekking y hierbas medicinales) y las dos guías fueron excelentes. Disfrutamos muchos las cenas donde la comida es abundante. En ellas se coincide con Su (anfitriona) y todos los huéspedes que quieran añadirse, eso hace que te relaciones más y compartas una agradable conversación!

Únicamente la escasez en la variedad del desayuno.
