Hmong house Sapa

The owner Sue was so nice and took perfect care of the guests. The homestay felt really authentic where the guests were able to help prepare and cook the local food for dinner. During dinner, Sue also sat together with the guests and told us about her life here in Sapa. She also had great contact with local guides who offered great trekking. We went on a great herbal tour in the forrest and through local villages with our guide Nay. Ten points to Nay for giving us all the important information about Red dao people, herbs, plants and local traditions. The very very best homestay so far! We will miss Sue so much!

We had a really good time! Su May was super friendly host and her homestay was very well maintained. The family provided us with a wonderful meal and the bamboo dance was fun!

Amazing location and the rooms have exceptional views. The family is very friendly and help you with everything from tours to bus tickets to recommendations etc. Also, they organize dinners for the guests to eat together and with their family and those were lovely moments.

The view and bungalow with balcony are nice. Location is on steep hill. Office charge a high price for a ride to town. House keeping was poor. There were food crumbs and smell from the cocktail table cover. I told manager. He said nothing. Good for 1-2 nights, not great longer.

Far out, hard for Uber to find, expensive to get to town. Day tour booked by the office was just some neighbors, not professional , charged at professional, US prices.

Tres difficile d acces en voiture.(mais des places de parking existent en bas du homestay) Le plastique qui entourre le matelas et qui du coup tient chaud. Le logement est bien exposé au soleil et par temps chaud une clim serait appreciable La porte du balcon qui ne fermait plus (dilatation du bois)

Personalet var virkelig søde og behjælpelige. Man har mulighed for at spise med om aftenen, til en pris selvfølgelig, men det er super hyggeligt og lækker mad! Vi fandt det fantastisk, at man kunne komme med sine ønsker til en tur, og så kunne de hjælpe med at finde det, der passede dertil

We thoroughly enjoyed the view, host Su and her family were wonderful and the group dinner was delicious. Was wonderful to bring all us travellers together at the end of the day. Su arranged a trek for my family with a wonderful guide Zi Zi and she was such a beautiful person, she even walked in the mud to hold my hand in one part. The added extras like cold drinks before and after our trek, and again on the morning we left was a beautiful touch. This homestay has wonderful views of the rice fields and mountains. I would certainly recommend this property as Su and her family have done an amazing job.

Only a minor issue but shower kept clogging up, and it would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room.

Beautiful views. Great activities and staff. Lovely family hosting the place.
