Sky Cozy House

Mr Shin and his wife are warm and excellent hosts. Their hospitality are above beyond expectation. Thank you very much, Mr and Mrs Shin!!!! 😀

Host was lovely and very helpful

The apartment is in a perfect location not far from the Seoul station, it was easy to find. The Seoul Tower is about an hour's walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The host, Mr. Shin was very helpful gave me a lot of information about Seoul, her wife was also very kind. The breakfast he made was very tasty! (the cabbage/apple sandwich is highly recommended!)

Mr. Shin is a very talkative and helpful person whom we met in Seoul. He helped us with all his heart. He provided fruits for us upon our arrival and Korean-style snack foods for us in the morning, both of which were really delicious and made us feel warm. His house is in very good location, only a 5-minute walk from Seoul Station. If you have big luggage with you, I suggest coming out at Exit 15 and following Mr. Shin’s walking path map; then, it’s very easy to reach his house. The room is cozy and spacious enough for us to open three 29” suitcases on the floor. It has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a standard-sized fridge. Everything is private, and we only share the living room and kitchen area. We are sorry that we only stayed one night in his house this time. We will come back and stay longer in the future when we travel to Seoul. See you soon. (^_^)

The hosts’ apartment is centrally located, less than a 5 min. walk from/to the Seoul main station, with a very friendly and attentive hosts. Very clean and well equipped bedroom.

The location is perfect, 10 mins walking from Seoul station exit 15, very close to airport express exit and getting metro line 1 & 4. The Lotte Mart is also just across streeet, and many eateries nearby. The owner, Mr. Sin is extremely friendly and gave great advice regarding Seoul. The sandwich he made for breakfast is soooo yum 🥰 The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. Highly recommend if you want to exprience local Korean apartment lifestyle!

The owner was so super friendly and helpful, met us near the train station and helped with our luggage when we arrived (although it was already very late at night!). Owner cooked for us every breakfast too!

A tv in the room would be great

This is a room with a separate bathroom, but the entrance is through the owner's private apartment. The owners are super nice. The room and bathroom are very clean. The station is practically across the street, there is a direct train to the airport. Perfect location.

The host (Mr.Shin) is very nice and welcome. Mr.Shin welcome us at the front building and help up carry luggage to the location. He provided ice-cream for a welcome snack. The room is large enough to open 4 large luggages at the same time. The bed and bathroom is clean and comfort. Mr. Shin prepared the breakfast for us and it was very delicious. He also recommended the place to visit in Seoul and around the location. He help us carry luggage back to front building.

The location is in a walking distance but if you have a luggage, this will be a little difficult as the location is up on the hill. It is recommended to use sky walk from Seoul Station to the front building.
