Struttura molto comoda per visitare la città e i dintorni, a pochi minuti dalla stazione porta nuova raggiungibile a piedi o con 2 fermate del tram 4. La struttura è un po' da ammodernare, ma l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora Martina è da TOP. Eccellente colazione in un bar pasticceria adiacente al B&B.
