GBFrom the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and approachable, and helped us with everything we needed. Mr Prasad, the chef and staff member there was brilliant and made delicious breakfasts, produce came from their own back yard.
They do not accept card as payment. We were quoted one price on Booking.com and then were told a different price on arrival. There were also some extra payments which we weren't aware of. Water was advertised as one price but then they charged more, as an example. Maybe miscommunication?
INThe building and the garden are beautifull, I loved being surrounded by so much nature/greenery during my stay. There are even fruit trees in the garden with delicious fruits. The place is located in a small village with a little shop in 5 mins walking distance, the river nearby and a lot of friendly curious people living in the village. The staff is very kind and friendly and we're always ready to help with whatever I needed. Also, the food I got for breakfast was delicious.
When I arrived the pool did not look very clean but after they cleaned it it was very relaxing to hang out in and by the pool. First, the payment didn't work but they were really helpful in finding other solutions for it.

To begin with nothing they claimed in their listing was available. No restaurant, no Spa, a waddle pool passed off as a swimming pool, not even staff to answer the phone when you call.It pretty much is a house converted to look like a hotel or whatever they claim it to be.

House keeping was worse. Even though we came at 4.00 pm the room was not ready. No hot water no geyser. Single menu limited breakfast instead of continental as in advertisement. No covered parking and we had to walk in rain rain water was overflowing through varandaha floors. No towels in one room.
AETotaly disappointed, rooms not cleaned, caterpillars was the roof AC and TV doesn't work and they don't want to FIX when we complaint. AC leaked with ice water in mid night. Then we move to other side of the bed. They are provide broken TOWELS for shower. JUST ONE FRIDE RICE AND CHICKEN 65 CHARGE 860/-INR.FRIDE RICE LIKE GRAVY TYPE. 100%WAIST OF MONEY. I PAID THIS GARBAGE 3500/-INR FOR NORMAL ROOM. BUT THEY SAID THIS IS DELUXE ROOM. THEY ARE LITTERLY CHEATING PEOPLE.

There wasn't a chef the night we stayed which was unexpected, so we had to go out for food. Also they didn't accept credit cards which again wasn't expected! But even so it was a good hotel in beautiful settings.
