The rooms were dusty, the pool was not adaptable and the lack of card machine is a bit not acceptable and there were no breakfast options and items were changeable without being informed that the item was chargeable

Room was dark and dense. Furniture was old and pretty ugly looking. Nothing was really clean. We booked a family unit with two bedrooms, and ended up with two separate bedrooms which don't really help you when you have small children. We were charged full price regardless. AC was weak and the rook was extremely hot.
DEGreat location in a peaceful village close to town. Staff was very helpful.

GBWe liked the attendance of one member of staff - Bilal who exceeded our expectations by arranging massage apointments for us in another town. He spent some time on phone to make this happen and he was trustworthy with his suggestions and performance. He even booked us an Uber. He took care of all arrangements requested. He is a great example to other members of staff for his dedication and effort.
The customer service at the reception was not up to standards. On arrival we were initially put in a double room instead of twin room as booked. We felt the restaurant and food service needed improvement. There was no menu for example (so prices were not transparent) and afternoon "meal" served there had items like chutneys mixed with rice to make look more substantial. We were served lunch as well breakfast at a huge table, which was not comfortable for sitting at all. And not very clean either. When checking out many more item were included in our bill like four ice creams instead only two and also Pepsi and additional teas. Breakfast fee was also included. The member of staff only at the time of check out said that free breakfast was only from 8 am. But this was not explained to us by the receptionist whom we informed on arrival that we will be leaving at 7am. She said we can get breakfast at 6 with no problems. So communication between staff members was not good.
