The place was very clean and the staff very accommodatig and informative

Close to city center. But not in the busy streets with the crowd and music.

Dogs crying the whole night. AC leaking. No hot water. Very basic furniture in the room, no wardrobe, no chair, no table. Just mirror and bed. Nowhere to put your bag or your clothes, apart fron the floor. Tv not working, no signal, no netflix or youtube or TV. No windows in the room. Next to kitchen

The host was really lovely and the 2 little dogs were so sweet! It is right across the street from a huge plaza but you would never know until you get to the door as there’s huge walls all around it. The house is on a really safe and quiet street but in close walking distance to everything! This is a private room in the owners house, not a hostel or a hotel. We didn’t realise this when we booked but it turned out great!

There are no windows in the room and the room is right next to the kitchen so could be a tiny bit noisy in the mornings but the owner is really sweet and kept the noise as low as possible.

Super good location, easy communication with the owner and very flexible also in supportimg us with our luggage. The rooms are basic, but super fine for few nights.

Very good value in the San Diego neighborhood. And the owner is very courteous! She was able to arrange a very nice uber ride back to the Airport the night before I checked out, gracias, gracias. Located on a small street, across from the back door to La Serrezuela shopping mall. (This back entrance to the mall should be a good landmark for the taxistas, because the two drivers I had did not know where this hotel is located.) Basic, yet comfortable room. Kitchen with refrigerator which guests can use. Wifi was usually pretty good. I was concerned that I would be hot, because the room did not have air conditioning. But, it wasn't a big deal for me. I spent most of my time sightseeing in the old town. By 7:30-8:00 PM, it was cool enough that the room was comfortable with the ceiling fan running. In fact, I would have to turn the fan off about 4:00AM, because it would start to feel cool!

Considering the price and location, this hotel definitely met my expectations. No complaints.

This is a relatively new hostel in a quiet street right after the city wall main gate. It is a good starting point to discover the old town. La senorita friendly welcomes one, and people are friendly and committed to solve issues when they may turn up
