Sun Homestay is a family-run, friendly place that truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are incredibly helpful, assisting with transport arrangements and more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, keeping you close to the action but away from the hustle. They also have a tailor boutique where I had a dress made to measure, which was of amazing quality at a great price. I loved it so much, I came back a second time. Highly recommend—don’t look any further!"

Good location, the young lady was nice

No toilet paper in the room, no change of towels, the cleaning could be improved. We didn’t feel very welcomed compared to all the other experiences in guesthouses in Vietnam

The location was the only good thing, close to some lovely cafes .

The cheap price reflects the homestay. As I can only comment on our room, it was small and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for sometime, the walls were filthy. The bedding looked as though it had only been pulled up from the previous occupants, the toilet waste bin was still fill as well. The owners were pleasant enough, just felt the owner was more interested in trying to sell you clothing tailored from her place than the rooms. Cut our stay short as found it really depressing. The pictures on line obviously show the better rooms.
