Milk Fruit Homestay - An Bang Beach

We had a very comfortable stay at Milk Fruit Homestay. The location is excellent! Right on the corner, 1 minute from the beach, and surrounded by restaurants etc. It was relatively quiet at night. Included both AC and a fan which often great respite from the humidity. Good natural light from the large doors. Breakfast was generous and delicious, served on the lovely balcony that looks out over the street, and filled with plants. Vinh was a fantastic host, who was easy to contact via WhatsApp, and accommodated our request for early breakfast due to a tour we had booked. They also offer an excellent laundry service.

It did smell a bit damp, but that's due to the climate, not the cleanliness of the room which was clean and well kept.

The room was small but very cosy, with a little nice balcony, television, kettle were there and breakfast served on a nice terrace was more than adeguate Very good value for money

For me it was too near to the centre. But I am an grown up lady , for younger people the location is perfect

The family were wonderful and very friendly, and the location was superb - it's literally a few steps from the beach, lots of cafes, restaurants, etc and a short journey to Hoi An and Hidden Beach and the Marble Mountains. The bed was also very comfy, and the upstairs rooms were spotlessly clean. I also loved the terrace-style breakfast area.

Compared to other HomeStays and hotels in the same price range, the rooms were very small - about a third of the size of some other places. Likewise the breakfast was really tasty, but quite small in comparison to others. The shower is great and there is plenty of hot water, but the water pressure needs serious attention - it's affected by the other rooms in the building. I would very much recommend staying in the upstairs rooms - they are a bit airier, whereas the ground floor rooms hold the damp.
