Location - great. Staff - friendly. Amenities - very good. Comfortable and cool rooms.

I dont know why people rate it as very clean place, as its not. My room was very noisy till restaurant opend next door. On arrival reported tv not working well, was promissed to exchange that, i think its still in pdogress . Breakfast very poor, no taste at all. Funny they forgetting everything i asked for, but never forgot to charge for extra coffee cup on a breakfast, without even having breakfast. Its a shame, it has very good location, but after that nothing what makes you feel good there.

We had a fantastic 11 nights at Milk Fruit Homestay! As as intimate, modern hotel that is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, with great restaurants, pubs and mini-marts nearby, there was everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast that was included with the room, which included choices of both delicious egg dishes and pho, as well as fresh-squeezed juices, coffee and tea. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit that was served with each breakfast - including when they served us rose apples taken from the hotel courtyard! We were also able to arrange a boat tour through Milk Fruit, and to have laundry done quickly and cost-effectively. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and gracious; they went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay!

Comfortable clean home stay with a family on the Main Street right at the intersection of road to beach, Hoi An and restaurants etc with all the tourist action.

Bit noisy at night and sadly AnBang beach much reduced after high tides last year

Location is great, the bicycles are handy to get to Hoi An and the surrounding area. Staff is friendly. Room is big. Facilities are good. Breakfast is basic.

The air in the room felt off. Very stiff and likely mouldy. The curtain in the bathroom probably had mold on it. It also felt a bit wet/moist in there (likely from AC). We tried airing out as much as we could but lots of mosquitos in the area make that hard without getting them in the room. Made coming home after a long day and walking in the room a not so pleasant experience.

Host family very kind and helpful. Good breakfast choices to start your day. Central village location very convenient to everything.

If you're going to bed early, rooms facing the street experience some traffic noise until fairly late.
