Well built accommodation with great shower and comfortable room. Our room was very quiet even though in the heart of town, staff were super helpful and overall it was a great value for the price. Staff set up our transport to/from the airport and answered in the evening when our flight to Danang was delayed for over four hours. Free bikes were nice to use one day to explore Hoi An. Breakfast was basic but tasty banana pancake.

Recently stayed 4 weeks in this homestay....room was excellent...service was excellent...breakfast was excellent...hosts were fantastic,no complaints,highly recommend this lovely homestay

Great location 2 mins walk to the beach and 15 minutes to bike to the old town. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, free bikes. The rooms are nice and breakfast balcony on the 2nd floor is great. Good size room and bathroom. They had wine, beer and other drinks and snacks to purchase in the room..

I was surprised people found the bed comfortable. For us it was unfortunately the most uncomfortable bed ever. Felt like springs digging into the back and sides at every turn. The room also smelt very bad/musty, and there was a lot of mould in the bathroom. Shame, as everything else was perfect.
