near to shop, kedai mamak, barber shop, stadhuys , a famosa.. muzeum and many more unteresting place in melacca. we just walk at first and second day. our house have many room and bed. so everyone got good sleep.it also have washing machine with laundary powder. we wash our cloth 4 times. i love the air condition , fan , lamp , kiblat direction, sejadah and all provided in the house. it suit our family need n our limited vacation budget

I like the Location, near to restaurants, jonker walk and historical place, just walking distance. One parking is provide. Who likes to walk around Melaka town, will enjoy truly. Cheap and value for money.

Nothing, everything fine and good for the rate charged. Who looking for cheap and big family likely 6 to 8 people to stay, youy are most welcomed to stay in COCO's Homestay. Grab and Panda food is likely reach our place easily.

Location is good. 15 mins reached Jonker Street. Walking within 5 mins can find a morning market, kopitiam and street food. Surrounding quiet.

A lot of BIG cockroaches especially in the 3rd room. Wooden skirting in the bathroom door is rotten. Cockroaches came out from there. House a bit smelly. Cockroaches smell.
