Great location within walking distance to Jonker and many attractions in Melaka, as well as 24-hr minimarts nearby Apartment feels homely, and is a refreshing change from staying in hotels

Apartment needs maintenance and upkeep: Many facilities were either worn-out, old or not working. We were also unlucky since we met with a burst valve in one of the toilets on one day, and a lack of water in another toilet on the second day. This caused quite a bit of inconvenience because it meant 8 people had only one toilet to use for almost the whole length of our stay :( If you have children, be sure to bring enough insect repellant to ward against mosquitoes.

Location is perfect(near jonker street and most visit place) House sizes are suitable for us(around 8-10 people) Internal house and rooms are clean and Good.

Parking space a bit small(only suite for 1 small or medium car). Outside of house especially after gate is not very clean and got a smell and surrounding by neighborhood, but not very noise. Some facilities a bit old dy... need to replace dy..
