View Valley Homestay

Simi the owner is VERY friendly & couldn't be more accommodating. She ordered take away food for us, lent us the utensils to eat it with, found tuk tuk & taxi drivers for us at good prices & even went & bought a phone cable for me as I had lost mine. The location is away from noise & the 'main tourist route', which we loved but you need to either take a taxi/tuktuk or bus (very near) or be able to walk! our rooms were at the back & very peaceful.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us information about the area, arranged dinners for us and made us some good breakfasts. The bathroom facilities were basic, but okay.

It is still a 20 km drive to Munnar, but this is the case for a lot of the homestays. Luckily there’s a bus stop across the street (multiple buses to Munnar per hour)!

Very nice host and their family. Mr. Shizu Sir is a very jolly person and extremely helpful, gentleman. Their wife and host Mrs. Simi ma'am was very caring and helpful. From time to time ma'am offered us cake, fruits and treated us just like their family member. The family is very caring and helped us a lot. The host helped us in arranging all the trips and tours. Especially Shizu Sir, who was very kind in taking us to various different nearby tourism spots. Simi ma'am prepared very nice and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. There is also a facility to order food from nearby hotel. The phone network range is fully available and data connection works fine. The location is very good and peaceful. Full marks for this homestay. I will highly recommend this homestay. A perfect and beautiful Homestay with a very caring host family!

Host is excellent Place is hygienic and clean Only away from Munnar

We were looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful and we got this and more. Lovely location right on the bus route to Munnar which was a stunning route.our hostvfamily was so friendly and helpful a great base to see everything around Munnar and still have peace and quiet.
