- Cheap place to stay outside the main tourist area. - 15 mins walk to centre of town / beaches. - Hostess showed us the tourist attractions on a map when we arrived. - Can use the kitchen to prepare food. - Free (room temp) drinking water

Unfortunately we had the room not in the main building and so many woodlouse / beetles entered the room in the night from under the door. Although the room was cleaned every day and the beds made we found waking up to the bugs on the floor in the morning unpleasant. - Would be nice to have free tea and instant coffee

- staff is nice, even though i didn’t see them much -there is wifi, not always working but mostly working -the place wasn’t super clean when i arrived but it was cleaned twice during my stay -kitchen available to use

- too many bugs, ants on the beds, some other bugs everywhere on the floor. i got quite a lot of bites. I usually am ok with bugs as i travel sometimes in basic conditions but here it was too much for the price paid -mini towel (bring your own), mostly cold water -a bit far, even though it didn’t bother me -some day it was noisy. one afternoon the family had a party right in front of my room…impossible to rest the day For 5usd more there are better options, i come to Cristobal several times and usually stays in another place

Super lovely host, the room felt very private and comfortable. She gave me a lot of tips about what to do on the island :))

Really the only thing wrong is that there were a lot of bugs - specifically woodlice - in the shower.
