"was fine but the ants and bugs were really bothering"

hot and clean shower, free water, close to playa mann

internet not working, small bugs on the floor and ants all over the place, needed to pay for snorkel, toilet is very near by tiny sink

owner was nice and easygoing. big common area for meals. private bathroom for every 2 beds. shelf provided for extra space, hot showers avail after a cold dive. old but clean and everything works fine

no lockers avail, no air con, everything isnt modern but it works/maintained where its needed. location was far from the harbor/center.

Of note this is a room in a family's house, you will be the only guest, there is only one room. Perfect launch pad for your San Cristobal adventures. The family is lovely and will explain the island to you right when you get there. Great value for a backpacker doing the galapagos on a budget.
