The location is perfect, close to many hiling spots and sightseeing places. Lots of Food around.

Поселок и окружение где расположен гостевой дом. Куча кафе и хороший кофе-бар недалеко, на соседней улице. Сам мини-отель уютный. Красивая столовая для завтраков. Красивый двор. До многих достопримечательностей в парке вокруг озера легко дойти пешком. В комнатах, может и есть мелкие огрехи типо где-то плитнус оторвался или трещинка на штукатурке. Но в целом, стильная отделка, все очень аккуратно и чисто. Постель чистая и удобная, как в хорошем отеле 4*. Хозяева очень приятные и отзывчивые. Заботятся о гостях и выручат, если что. Самый главный критерий, хочет ли гость вернуться и остановиться в этом месте еще раз. Для меня, однозначно, ДА. Достойное место для отдыха.

Это не минус, а особенность. Этот дом в деревеньке и на тихой улице вдали от основной. Рядом прачечная, где живут и работают местные жители. Это колоритно. Но с непривычки может смутить, если не отдавать себе отчет изначально, что едете в частный сектор. Это не город. Ну и единственный реальный минус этого гостевого дома или если можно сказать мини-отеля - дррога к поселку. Тяжело проехать в поселок по узкой дороге, где куча такси и автобусов с туристами почти всегда. Там всегда пробка и тяжело выехать, надо закладывать время с запасом на дорогу до основного шоссе. Но если соображалка работает и время на дорогу есть, то это не проблема.

Petite Guest house située à Lingyin, proche du temple et des champs de thé pour faire de belles randonnées au calme. Accès facile pour Hangzhou. La jeune maîtresse de maison est très agréable et a pu nous renseigner malgré un anglais très limité. Elle nous a notamment conseillé le fameux restaurant végétarien qui est délicieux. Attention : le weekend l’accès au site est fermé aux véhicules. Conseil : prendre un taxi jusqu’à l’arrêt de bus sur xixi Road et finir avec le bus qui monte à la station Lingyin. La Guest house rappelle ces informations par WeChat la veille de l’arrivée.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié mais uniquement de cuisine chinoise, ce qui peut être déroutant. Heureusement, un café est proposé.

Guest house muy acogedora y bonita. Habitación y baño espacioso y confortables. Personal muy atento, amable y muy dispuesto en ayudar en todo; aunque no hablen ingles, con el traductor se podía comunicar. Desayuno típico, rico y variado ambiente tranquilo....a unos minutos andando del Lingyin temple y 15 minutos en taxi de West lake (una parte). Recomendaría este Guest House, entre semana

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero era la noche del Sábado y además en Agosto y había muchísimos trafico para llegar y salir y calles cortada para el acceso de los taxis.

The place is at a fantastic location, walking distance to Lingyin temple. There are tons of tasty restaurants nearby too. I really appreciate the thoughtful service offered by staff there. They went out of their way to make sure that all our requests and needs are well taken care of. Most importantly, the decor style is full of traditional cultural elements and demonstrates the unique tastes of the owner.

During peak tourist season, taxis are not willing to drive in to right in front of the house, which is not the house’s fault but simply because it’s located at such a hot tourist spot☺️

The breakfast was simple, but ok. We got very nice tea, and dumplings! The best with our stay was the very helpful hostess, who booked tables for us at restaurants (the extremely good vegetarian restaurant – totally amazing!) and went out of her way to make sure we got a Didi in time when we were leaving.

The breakfast could have included decent coffee. The location was perfect for visiting the Lingyin temple. However, since there are restrictions to car driving (including taxis/Didis) during weekends, it may not be the best location in the weekend if you plan to get around in Hangzhou and want to rely on driving. Bus transfer is good!

Sehr schön, klein und familiär, für 3 Sterne ein absolut angemessener Standard. Sehr süß ist die hauseigene Katze. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wird umfangreich serviert. Der Service war immer nett und freundlich. Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Die Lage ist super, denn in der Nähe sind tolle Restaurants sowie haufenweise Tempel, die man entweder zu Fuß, oder noch besser per Fahrrad erreicht. Diese kann man einfach mit Alipay ausleihen.
