The location is very good.

To start; I had specifically booked a room with a window as I had read a review about a windowless room. There was a picture of a terras which I assumed I would have access to (why else have a picture?). Neither I got! Just before arriving I got a message redirecting me to a different and much worse location. All though I had been asked when I would arrive for checkin (was on the minute), nobody was there. I managed to find a key and let myself in. It turned out to be a construction sight with some (windowless rooms (my room had a small opening into the shared bathroom. Only a curtain, no window)). Obviously I refused to accept this. Was offered to cancel without reimbursement. After sending over screenshots of my prepaid booking I was at the end offered the windowless room at the correct location or to cancel without reimbursement. I unwillingly accepted in lack of other options. Hence! Warning!!

Apartments was very clean and pretty, few rooms on the floor, shared kitchen and bathroom. Good location, near the ocean, good and calm district, personal (Maria) was friendly and helpful. Everything was fine!

The common area is spacious and practical. The bed was really comfortable.

Rooms are not noise proof and a bit narrow. The window's view is the next building wall.

Well the room was ok but next to the washing machine room, which was next too the toilet, and entrance so as soon as someone turned a light on it would shine in room ….. Now the bathroom situation……. There are 4 rooms… I was on my own the other. 3 rooms had 2 people in that’s 7 people for 1 toilet !!!!! It was not comfortable at all if you needed to go and someone was in there !!!! There was no community outside area as advertised

Clean und the equipment was good. The distance to the sea is good, a few minutes walking.

Overall, the stay was disappointing for me. It is only one room, that was known. However, there seem to be several houses to which the offer refers. So you should ask in advance if necessary, as some of the information in other reviews does not apply (e.g. balcony). My room was then directly on a street, early in the morning and in the evening the noise was unbearable, the scooters are just loud and annoying and should be banned. For over 500 euros per week for a simple room... Tenerife has simply become expensive. It is also very noisy, I could hear snoring in the neighboring room.
