Alquiler de Habitación privada con las areas de sala, cocina y baño que se comparten cerca al Mar!

Everything was clean, had a good room without any issues. Also shared bathroom and kitchen were in very good condition and clean. Staying there without problems. Some parking spaces are on the street just few seconds away.

Nothing.

Acomodation is nice, we had few nights apartman only for us without other hosts in other rooms. Near the accomodation is bus stop, lots of restaurants and markets. And host Mari is friendly and helpful.

Location

Location is convenient and sea access is good. Good restaurants and pubs nearby. We had 4 others in the flat and they were all lovely and we got on well. The ventilation, with a nice breeze blowing through, was delightful in the heat. The manager was very helpful.

The shower was really difficult as the curtain kept blowing and letting water out. The kitchen kit, like everything in the flat, was very worn and well used, and rather limited in some things, eg a sharp veg knife. No microwave was a distinct remiss, and there is no oven either. With no view at all. And 2 bedrooms without even a window, it was rather pricy.

It was super extra clean, and very close to the ocean beach. Also, from positive side was the quality of the bed, it was really good. Room is not big, but very high sealing created feeling of space.

1. Bad internet. It was the main parameter for my search, and in the review, someone wrote that the internet is good. This is not true. They provided first mobile internet, but it even didn't load facebook (16kB/s on the speed test), then we complained about it and they gave huawei modem, with a bit better internet (600kB-1,5 MB/s download, 300kb/s upload), but it still was not enough for remote working. So, in the end, we had to buy our own mobile internet on SIM cards 2. Ants. They were everywhere. It was not possible to leave anything in the room. They ate even my medical pills which were packed, but sweet... 3. No possibility to work in the room (no table/chair). But working in the shared area I felt all the time pressure that I am doing something wrong, looked like the owners were not happy that I am working 5 days per week in the shared area (they live next room to the rented room). 4. Owners were in stress if someone used a shared area in the evening, because light disturbed them through the window (after 22.30). We are a very calm couple but really felt that all the time we created too much noise and somehow ignored the rules of the place. That feeling of pressure when you are staying too long in your friend's house and they don't want to have you there but also don't want to speak about it. So, for short time could recommend it, but not for long-term rent.

Very good location and nice landlord.

You rent a room in an appartment, where is landlord and her huseband are living. They cook, wash and live there as normal, which lacks a bit of privacy. The appartment is nice, but your room is a bit out dated and furniture is old & seasoned.
