very convenient location, close to the main attractions. Very friendly and charming hostess Amelia, helped us with advice and recommendations on visiting the main attractions. Helped with everything, the service is amazing. Be sure to feel the hospitality of the Basque country. Recommended.

Really lovely apartment in the centre of Bilbao. Host was fantastic and lovely. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Location was good , our error we thought we had booked a hotel based on photos. We had our Faulty Towers experience.

We appeared to be an inconvenience to our heavy smoking owner. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke which was extremely unpleasant. Our flight had been delayed and we arrived 2.5 hours late around 7.15pm and the owner chastised us. Our room was tiny with enough room for 1 suitcase only and no lock on the door. Bathroom was across the hall and we were told the kitchen was not for guests. The lift door was faulty and didn’t shut properly behind us, so she emailed us and chastised us again on our return. Faulty lift, get it fixed don’t blame your guests. Due to the smoke we had already decided to check out early but her attitude was confirmation of our decision.
