The host is very gracious with a lovely heart. She gives you freedom and space in her house

Friendly owner. Nice homely flat. Spacious bathroom with toiletries Use of kitchen. Some breakfast things provided. On bus routes. Several bars and cafés nearby.

Shower went a bit hot and cold. Mattress a bit saggy. 3td floor, no lift. Bit noisy at night.

Warm Host . Good location ,though Was'nt aware that it was shared bathroom room , there was one more single bed apart from the bedroom .All other things okay

Good location. The owner is very nice. The only problem is no towls.

-The owner is nice and she even let my friend keep his boxed bike while waiting for the evening flight. -the kitchen has everything you need, thought I end up eating out every day. - balcony to dry clothes

-the title and description are confusing. I did not expect an Airbnb type of accommodation. - the owner lives there when either of the rooms is not booked and the place looks like that - the fridge is stuffed with the owner's food, personal belongings in the bathroom. It's just weird. I booked a shared apartment many times and was always fully rented with a daily cleaner and felt just like staying in a hotel. Not this time. -the place smells like cigarettes and so was the room. No matter how much the windows are open, there is a stale tobacco smell in the walls -while it looked like someone tried to clean daily. It really wasn't clean. Dusty, hair on the bathroom floor, trash taken once every few days. - the room was dusty and the bed curved in the middle and not comfortable -i also had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring the key since the owner wasn't available at the time. -far from the city centre and not the safest area . But there is public transport close to the flat. She was nice and apologetic about the key and asked if everything was perfect. But what was the point of mentioning the above? It wasn't like I was going to leave and sleep in the park. The cost was reasonable for Seville, but it should be kept on Airbnb and cleaned better

It was a two bedroom apartment. The landlord rents the room separately. For me, it was a clean and value for money place to stay. With Uber it took me 15 minutes to go to the city center and it cost around 8-12 euro. Please note that you rent the room, not the whole appointment. I rented the double bed room and another guy that I didn't know was staying in the single bed bedroom.
