Welcoming host and good price accommodation.

Mar was a kind and generous host. The location is a metro or bus ride away from the the historic center.

The room was clean.

Terrible smell, especially in the hallroom. It is basically an airbnb with an old lady. The singe room is very small and it is noisy. It truly felt like a scam. Since I do not speak Spanish I did not know this is actually the home of the lady who said she simply sleeps at a neighbours apartment when there are people coming..

My second stay. The owner is very nice and friendly. All you need during the stay is there. Kitchen and bedroom are well facilitated. The whole house has cute decorations. Located in a bit away from the centre, but in a quiet and safe residential area, with a good down-to-earth vibes. Good access to bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. You can feel as if you're visiting your relative in Seville. I will stay at this apartment again when next time in Seville.

Not everything was super clean, especially the bathroom wasn't. But tolerable. To my sense the decorations are cute and lovely, but some people would care. Bed was pretty soft and worn out. I think the mattress needs to be changed.

The bathroom, kitchen and room is nice. The apartment is only shared between 2 rooms.

Its on a very high floor and there is no elevator, which would have been really nice to know, as i was carrying a 20 kg suitcase, a 30 kg backpack and a handbag. Not only does it look like an apartment belong to a grandma but it also smells like an apartment of an elderly. The furniture on is balcony is only a really bad chair. Other than that the place is nice.

Better than expected , friendly owner,flat hasca very homely feeling.

Bed a bit soft , sofa worn out and but untidy,no lift and it is on the third floor.
