The host and owner ( Mark) was brilliant, his home is simply stunning and in such a wonderful location- this property was the absolute accommodation highlight for our 3 week trip - words do not express how peaceful and unique this property is- Thankfully I booked 2 nights as one night is simply not enough- thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home Mark.

Vyerna är helt oslagbara. Att sitta i bubbelpoolen med en öl. Ett mysigt hus som ligger helt isolerat.

En branta grusvägen för att komma till fastigheten var lite trixig. Ta det lugnt, så går det bra.

Tolle Lage am Hang mitten im Wald. Der Gastgeber Mark ist meist vor Ort und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen der Gäste (Tips, Kaffee, Frühstückseier, Holzfeuer im Ofen). Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt private Bereiche und Gemeinschaftsräume (wie die Wohnküche)

La cuisine est immense avec tout le matériel nécessaire. la vue est incroyable depuis l'ensemble des pièces de la maison (chambre, jacuzzi extérieur, cuisine, salon). Mark est très sympathique et de bons conseils. Il est également prévenant.

you need to be an experienced driver to descend and climb narrow graved road. it is what it is, just be ready.

Really beautiful location with almost a 360 degree view from the living room. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Lovely owner. Jacuzzi with mountain and ocean view.

The place was tidy. Had most things you would expect. But had couple down falls. Spa was great. Bed Great. Bathroom tidy. The view good. Rest didnt like. Would have been better no owner around. BUT owner nice fella.

It was like being a border. no real privacy. Felt uncomfortable re owner around. Normally one would expect , tea / coffee / sugar / milk as part of the service being provided . Way better out there for price paid. No privacy in spa as owners bed room right in view. Just not my thing. Waste money.

Het uitzicht , echt niet te geloven Zie je jezelf al zitten in de jacuzzi met een uitzicht zover je je kunt bedenken… je kijkt over de zee met de Kia’s ( papegaaien) om je heen We werden warm ontvangen door gastheer Marc … De openhaard stond aan toen we aankwamen,we mochten alles gebruiken… Thanx Marc

Niet te bedenken

The property is out of this world! The hot tub is phenomenal. The jacuzzi bath was also brilliant! The views are incredible, the amenities are superb. Genuinely every aspect of our stay here surpassed all expectations. If you’re staying and wanting to do a few day trips in Abel Tasman, this will make the experience unforgettable!

We were warned and it’s completely fine, but the driveway is steep for anyone not confident in driving. But this is a small price to pay for a 10/10 Accomodation!
