the room was ok but the environment was not good to me

Nothing, the bed is noisy, the place is not quiet to sleep

The price I guess, but for the price of 35£ where I stayed twice I got charged, was way better then this place!!! And this place was for 40£.

Absolutely horrendous with bo window and foam padding over 3 of the 4 walls as if your in a mental health facility, just no through air and was as if you're gasping for air, no natural sir to be seen at all, and I'm sure it's illegal to have a room up for rent with no windows, there is a patio door, which is locked off, but only leads into another room lol that is all foamed over lol, and a kid can do a better job with foam tiles Bed was uncomfortable to badly! Definitely dp not recommend this place at all, as the owner also does not respond to you, no matter how many calls you give or texts!!!!!!!¡!

Very clean, spacious room very helpful host .

Wifi dud not work BUT it's not the host fault but Virgin media

Nothing good to mention, no water to drink, the coffee maker is not clean and there is no sugar.

The worst place to stay, the owner of the room was not welcoming and unfriendly, he would turn off the main electricity switch while we were in the rooms, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the behavior were very bad, he was not cooperative, he asked us to vacate at ten in the morning and the appointment was ten thirty, we were half an hour late while we were collecting our bags, he did not excuse us and asked us to vacate immediately, and the disturbance and gathering was not a good thing

Spacious and well organised and structured with clear and simple instructions to all guests coming in about process .

Atmosphere, facilities and clean environment

The area was intimidating, noisy, and a unsavoury character sitting outside the property. My wife and I felt it was unsafe to stay there so cancelled immediately.

The overall appearance of the property was very rough.
