"Enjoyed our stay"

Room was lovely, accommodation is very close to Luton airport for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely to give us extra time in the room before checkout.

Room was cold. Was hard to find the accommodation

Although i had issues with the Guest House owners took onboard my concerns and refunded me with no problems. Some improvements needed which im sure they will implement them to improve the property. Very busy location on a main road with no parking nearby. White bedding is should always be used to ensure cleanliness and a clean bathroom with useable consistent water supply must be available. The general odur of the property should always be fresh. I will visit again in 1yr to see if changes have been made. 5 stars for comunication and accepting responsibility.

Cleanliness, odur of the property, parking should be bookable as it said parking was available. The electronic door locking system was really anoying. No one to check you in.
