No heating room is always cold very bad experiences

Parking and heating

I didn’t like nothing, one we arrive we have allot of problems with the people from the house they are living there in the house 6 people plus they have bad attitude and I was going to toilet and they come after me in the toilet once I was with my pants down, and tell me that we can’t use toilet in that house and to sleep at 8 clock, the owner it’s so rude and don’t wanna to understand what’s happhappening there, and I was sleep in the street and without money that I pay for room

Very bad very bad, booking it’s too shet noboy answer plus the people there is very rude and tone owner plus I was there in the house no intimi I was in toilet the lady’s from the house rasist they come in my bathroom once what I was with my pants down. And they are rasist there is living 6 people and the owner it’s keep with them because they are same country and they tei to intimidate the people that you can run and they keep the money without taking the room

Nice location, is fairly easy to get to - if your just coming off the M1 / from London,etc

Rooms can be a bit cold.Nice place, they probably just need to put some heaters / portable heaters in the rooms & they should be fine, especially if your working. Their wi-fi works fine.

The location is nice and easily accessible from Luton town centre. The environment is chill and host was nice.

Heater seemed not to be working so the nights were very cold. Getting in touch with the host to resolve an issue with booking was a problem; they don’t respond to calls nor messages until Booking.com customer service got involved.

I like it that it was clean and the bed was comfortable

Warm, clean, tidy and quiet. Bed was amazing

Only 3 parking spaces but no hardship I parked down a side street
