The staff was kind and welcomed the place was clean and comfortable

The room was super cool

No proper breakfast but milk, jam, cutlery and plates. Staff very friendly.

Gave the IT password but didn't tell me which network.

Needed a place to stop for work training for a week. Host welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was modern and clean. Great place slightly out of town (15/20 mins walk) fellow guests were considerate during my stay. Kitchen available to use with microwave etc. Sky tv with movies was a bonus. Had no issues and would stop there again. Parking available outside on the road or up side street.

Nothing for what you pay.

Friendly owner, comfortable room, clean. Plus when I left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom. He put it in the post for me and didn't ask for P&P. Excellent place.

Nat is a really friendly host who is happy to stop for a chat for a few minutes. The room I had (the larger of the two and the one at the front of the house) was fine with a large double/king bed, chair, small table, TV, fridge, wardrobe and coffee machine (oh, and a safe that I didn't use). The shared bathroom (between 2 rooms) is small and clean, with a great shower (large and powerful), sink and toilet. There is access to a small kitchen (which I didn't use).

Parking is in front of the house (on Salthouse Road - which is a main road, but its wide and reasonably quiet at night, given its not close to any "acceleration zone" at lights or junctions) is limited and may not be available when you arrive. The 7 or 8 places available are constrained in between a bus stop and zebra crossing. I parked across the road in a small side street, which was fine for my 5 night stay. Both these parking locations are visible from the front bedroom, but not the rear one. I didn't use any of the local pubs or shops, so can't comment on these. It would be a 10-12 minute walk into the town centre if you went by foot.
