Riverside Stay

A beautiful location with excellent facilities.

Everything about the property was outstanding and Richard & Denise provided an exceptional level of service. My partner and I are no strangers to staying in B&Bs when travelling around the UK, but we agreed it was probably the best B&B we've ever stayed at. Our room was wonderful, with a lovely bathroom and large terrace with views of the nearby river. The entire house is beautifully decorated and there are touches everywhere to make you feel at home. I've never seen a B&B or a hotel provide so many comforts (e.g make up removal wipes, hair straighteners, etc.. I could go on! Breakfast was also a treat, as was the fact that you get the whole place to yourself as the hosts only ever take on one booking at a time. Would definitely stay again and will send my parents for a visit too.

Everything about the property was outstanding, however, the final stretch of road leading up to the property very potted and a little difficult to drive through in low convertible. I'm sure this would be less of an issue in a normal height car.

A beautiful property set in a lovely garden overlooking the River Tamar. Richard and Denise were wonderful hosts. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of thought put in to the needs of guests. One of the best places we have stayed ever.

There was nothing that we did not like everything was excellent.

Denise and Richard are the perfect hosts. Breakfast was delicious Accomadation- location were more than excellent. My 7 year old absolutely loved it - as did I. We are already planning out next visit. I highly recommend staying with Denise and Richard

It was perfect

Everything else! Richard and Denise were so welcoming. They made us feel like very special guests. The attention to detail went above and beyond and the food was superb. The views from the house were lovely. Would love to go back.

The road was very rough and bumpy for the last little bit.

Lovely stay, had a lovely surprise when we arrived as Denise had made us a superb Valentines tea, the chocolate cake was fantastic.
