Beds were comfortable.

There is only one shared toilet and bathroom for three rooms and six people. We are not happy about the cleanliness of the toilet and the bathroom.

Good value for money, lovely hosts. Bus stop across the road to the city centre was perfect which saved on parking fees and stress driving around road works/ diversions.

The mixer tap on the shower was a little tricky to get the water to the correct temperature which wasted some of the ample hot water. Once you found it though it was fine and powerful, l am generally used to electric showers.

John was very nice and helpful.

The host Andy was lovely and friendly ,nothing was too much trouble.The rooms are large and spacious and spotlessly clean.The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was available whenever we were ready and not rushed.

Everything was really good value.
