Location and cost. Great host who was so helpful with where to eat and how to get to the cruise terminal. Joe even walked us out of the apartment to show us where the pub was and how to enter the terminal.

Host was fantastic, location great and comfortable place to stay.

Our host was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. As an additional note about our host. My wife and I had left the apartment and were walking to the cruise port when Joe rode up on his bicycle and flagged us down. Apparently I had left my personal bag (wallet, passport) behind at the apartment ( I was unaware). Joe saw this, grabbed my bag, got on his bike and rode after us. If Joe had not done this it could have been a disaster. How many hotels or any accommodation for that matter would have gone to those lengths to ensure that we were taken care of. Thanks Joe!!!
