Very nice place and the staff is very kind

The location is easy to find. Also, close to the road where you can ride a modern jeepney (minibus to SM). The place is like a house, and I felt at home due to the kitchen access where you can get free water. It's good for a short stay. The staff were nice and gave me details on how to get to the ferry.

The wifi doesn't reach the room. I don't have a problem with the electric fan only. But if you're not a fan of non-air-conditioned, it can be uncomfortable for you.

The location was okay - near to the northern bus terminal and the wifi worked okay. Nothing else.

I booked this accommodation as it looked good on the booking.com website. When we arrived we were assigned a 'back room' away from the main building. It was a small single room and not big enough for 2 people. There was near constant noise - mainly from barking dogs and one night I was woken up at 2:30am and could not get back to sleep. Some nights I had to taka a sleeping tablet to get to sleep! There was no air conditioning in the room and just a fan on the wall. This made the room uncomfortable. The toilet and shower room was about a 10 metre walk across a yard which is not great in the night. Cold shower, I can accept. To sum up, I was annoyed we were not given a proper double room in the main building. Poor show. Will not be booking or staying there again.

The hosts were friendly and accomodating. We were able to park 2 cars inside there property so it was perfect.

The outdoor kitchen. We had to bring all the materials for cooking outside, it will be a big inconvinience to the guests if it will rain hard.
