Location is good. Price is very competitive. Rooms are clean. There is huge space in the common areas. The caretakers are very very nice and accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our stay in the common area as we weren't able to get back to our accommodation before the supposed time of check out.

Internet has very low signal inside the rooms Cellular signal is very low too and its hard to use data for browsing The water is not very clean as there is a hint of kalawang.
