Casa Bonzay

Loved my stay at Casa Bonzai. The house is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The AC works very well, the facilities have everything you need, and the balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax. What stood out most was the atmosphere. Zayed and his family are warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful people who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Casa Bonzay has a relaxed, homey feeling that made it easy to settle in and enjoy my time in beautiful Bacalar.

The room was great, clean and with a hot shower. We made dinner in the shared kitchen and ate on the upstairs terrace which was a treat. A chilled place to hang out and people watch. It's centrally located only a 5 min walk to the town or lagoon. Zayed is a wealth of knowledge and offers boat tours which are reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate on staying again.

La communication avec le responsable des lieux, l'infrastructure en général.

Le matelas est un peu dur et inconfortable. Une deuxième couverture aurait été appréciée.

On a pu garer la voiture à l'intérieur. Lit confortable, clim, douche avec eau chaude. Très bon emplacement près de tout. Personnel attentif.

The place is exactly as advertised. I had a comfortable stay. Place was clean and close to the lagoon and park, where you will find restaurants.

We stayed five days in Casa Bonzay and enjoyed our stay! The location is quiet, room is spacious and the owner Zayed is really friendly. We loved that there is kitchen and beautiful balcony for guests to use. We also did the boat tour with Zayed and it was great! Would love to come back!
