J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Zayed a été un hôte exceptionnel : toujours disponible, extrêmement gentil et très à l’écoute. Il m’a beaucoup aidé tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Merci encore à lui pour son accueil chaleureux et sa générosité. Je recommande vivement !

Zayed is a great host, friendly and helpful. Easy check-in. Clean and tidy room. Everything worked. Good AC. Big bed with a firm mattress. The bathroom is clean with towels and soap provided. Downstairs shared kitchen is fully equipped. Lovely terrace to sit out. The location is good with the main square and avenue a few minutes walk away with many restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here during our three days in Bacalar. We enjoyed being a little bit our of the centre area with a more local neighbourhood feel and cheaper restaurants - but it is still very walkable to everywhere. The room was great, very clean and comfortable with great AC. We used the kitchen to make a few meals which was also very clean and well-stocked. Would definitely recommend!

The property was an easy 10/15minute walk to and from the ADO bus station, and a 10minute walk into downtown, passing small cafes and restaurants along the way. The location itself is quiet and extremely safe (along with the rest of Bacalar). The host was so lovely and had great communication with me, checking in to make sure I was ok and as a solo female traveller I really appreciated it. They also offer their own pontoon boat tour of the lake!
