Umah Nik Kepitu

The place has all what I need close to the airport, touristic attractions if you like very close to Ubud, but at the same time you are in the middle of rice fields, green nature and very quite residential area. What is needed can be organised, taxi pick up, drop to the airport, food requests, special requests and nothing is too much for the staff! They offer motors for rent with top quality service, very reliable and very good. I have no idea how many times I came back here, but each time it was so welcoming and happy to be home again. For sure it is not the last stay I made in Indonesia Bali in this hone stay, I will come back again!!

...hard to say. Every day in the past I had room service each day. I had the feeling every day new bedlinnen ironed nice smell and very nice smelling towels were provided. Nothing was toooo much! This stay the policy seem to have changed and only every second day the room service was performed. I can not complain, I made my bed, cleaned what looked to be cleaned and I accepted it because in the past this service was done almost over the top so good, so I compare my current stay to all the stays before, maybe this is not fair from me, but this is the only thing to answer in the topic "what din't you like". Its almost bad from me to mention, sorry then! Its the best stay in Bali!!!! My cleanliness statement above is therfore a score 9 while it would have been a 10 out of 10 score....V E R Y G O O D!!!!!

Easy 5-stars for such an incredible stay. We slept at the Umah Nik Homestay for 6 nights but could have stayed forever. The house, the room and the property are gorgeous. Facing luscious forest, you will have and hear nature at your doorsteps! We felt very welcomed by the whole family, that made us feel like at home! Nyoman is an excellent guide and full of ressources when it comes to make you discover the local community, traditions and culture. Don’t hesitate to say yes! Ani and the women of the house are bringing such a warm feeling to your stay, making the best Nasi Goreng for breakfast or just saying good morning with their big smiles. The property is located on the outskirts of Ubud, which can be tricky for some, but was wonderful for us. Kadek is always here either to drop you off somewhere, or to hand you the keys of their scooters which gives massive freedom to discover Bali all day and come back to a cosy home at night. Would come back over and over again and definitely recommend it further!

For some, the prayers in the morning or outside noises can be disturbing at night. Was definitely not our case!

breakfast was ok. lack of airconditioning and no ventilation in the bathroom were very disappointing

WaW, what a nice room, and warm and welcoming family !!! They do their best to help and please you. In the rice fields, you still close to the center of Ubud, easy to reach with a motocycle taxi. I loved m'y stay here. I will come back one day I Hope.

Fantastic stay ! I had to stay for 3 night but extended it to 6 days thanks to Nyoman and his family who were wonderful hosts, my best stay so far in Indonesia. Thank you so much 🙏
