Lovely Homestay, very friendly family. Traditional beautiful accommodation. Countryside setting, quiet rural area, very green and lush. Close to ubud centre by scooter, really nice to stay outside of the centre and travel in. Thank you again to the lovely owners.

We loved everything about our stay! The room was super spacious, the balcony was a perfect place to chill, the food was really good, but most of all the people were amazing!! This is exactly why we love to stay in homestays, the people actually care about and for you.

Excellent room, big bed, comfortable pillows, nice design, bright, big bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. Soft bedside lighting, desk, place to hang clothes, drying rack, and electric tea kettle. Well serviced room, cleaned daily. Very friendly helpful family. We could use the kitchen as long-term guests. Excellent value! Lovely to be in the countryside within a short walking distance of a water temple and short scooter ride to Manuaba Waterfall.

I had trouble sleeping sometimes because of several roosters on property and next door cockadoodling before dawn. Also the village temple is within earshot. so some mornings we’d hear the morning prayers at 6 am. If you have good earplugs you should be okay. I’m a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, so it was a bit of a struggle sometimes. But this is a common scenario in Bali. Also I was staying in a room that shares a roof with 4 guest rooms and I could easily hear my neighbours talking at night. Nevertheless we stayed for a month and are very grateful for how clean and aesthetically pleasing our room was and how friendly the staff.

I was welcomed as a VIP guest! I stayed over 4 times already with Umah Nik Kepitu hotel and for me its not the last time! They offer a all incl. Service with an endless smile. The bed is the best I had in Indonesia, you wake up with jungle sounds under a wooden roof in your Mosquito net klamboe around your bed. Breakfast is like a restaurant so good, I got every morning Nasi Goreng and they organised a Yamaha motor to rent which was amazing good and well maintained. Umah Nik Kepitu hotel is not just a place to stay, for me its coming home! Thank you all! See you next European Winter again I will come again!

All is perfect, maybe the water tap can be looked at, the water pressure was little do I had more time to brush my teeth which is good as well!

Friendly staff, very cozy place in the middle of jungle. Perfect sun rise. The room was really big.
