The location was good. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly and easy going. They made a garage available for our hire car. The room was a little small, the shower didn’t look very good and the sink in the filet room moved around. We also couldn’t get any hot water to the tap in the common kitchen. Overall the accommodation was a little old and dated but we also felt it was almost worth what we paid. I must say though that Rolland was very nice.

Location was good, as was use of the garage. They had a TV with quite a few channels.

Checkin was difficult due to location on google maps beeing off

The hospitality offered by the host at El Mochilero was truly exemplary, combining professionalism with a personal touch that made the stay exceptionally welcoming. The host was attentive and accommodating, ensuring all needs were met with a smile. The aesthetic and functional design of the indoor areas was remarkable, featuring a well-equipped check-in area that led into a beautifully appointed communal kitchen. This kitchen was a highlight, stocked with a full range of cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and pans, which was ideal for preparing meals or storing perishables. The outdoor amenities added significantly to the charm of the establishment, with a peaceful garden that offered a quiet escape and areas for both sun-loving guests and those preferring shade. The availability of hammocks and an outdoor dining table enhanced the relaxing atmosphere, allowing for restful lounging or enjoyable meals in a serene setting. Furthermore, the indoor parking was a major convenience, particularly appreciated in an urban setting. The security of having a remote-controlled parking facility gave peace of mind, especially for those traveling with a vehicle. Inside the suite, the comforts extended to high-quality bedding, which ensured a good night's sleep, and dependable WiFi that supported both business and personal communications effectively. The social environment of El Mochilero also fostered engaging interactions among guests, which was perfect for travelers looking to connect with others during their stay. Lastly, the availability of basic concierge services, providing information on local attractions and activities, showed an attention to detail that helped guests make the most of their visit to the area.

The primary concerns were with some of the facilities. The curtain rod was not securely fastened and fell easily, which could be annoying and needs a better installation. More concerning was the electric shower head; it had questionable wiring and even gave a slight shock when adjusted during use. Clearer instructions or a safer setup would enhance safety and ease of use.
